We spent most time on decks

We had a very nice time. The house was clean and was amazing. The notes around the house were helpful. The only thing was it had a musty oder. The keep the windows open, and it help for a little. Other than that, it was great.

Cozy quant beach house nice area close to beach the lay out of house is very nice lots of different sitting areas outside food is close Santa cruz board walk is also close and far enough away to be very quite at night

Convenient location to beach, freeway and shops.Nicely decorated multi level home, worked well for our 13, 7 and 2 years old, they found their own space to hang out. Many kitchen appliances and coffee pods were available. We cooked breakfast and dinner at home. Overall we are pleased to found this home, basic condiments were stocked!Bedrooms are on the bottom floor, felt little humid there but I believe that’s nature of being in the coastal area, we used to have home in Aptos.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Walking distance to beach access and ice cream shop. Very comfortable accommodations.
